Hollandaise sauce base

Ingredients:wheat flour,modified wheat ingredients, modified corn starch,corn starch,salt,vegetable oil shortening(soy). DIrections:to make 4l of hollandaise sauce,dissolve 320g of the sauce mix in 2l of cold water and 2l of milk. Bring to boil stirring constantly with a whisk.Let simmer for 5 minutes and serve.
