Poutine sauce mix

Ingredients: modified corn starch, corn starch, salt, dextrose, wheat flour, corn flour, hydrolyzed soy proteins, corn syrup solids, palm oil, msg, dehydrated vegetables (tomato, onion, garlic), spices, xanthan gum, colour, citric acid, disodium inosinate, disodium guanylate, spice extracts. directions: to make 4 l of poutine sauce, dissolve 400g of sauce mix into 1 l of cold water. add this mix to 3l of boiling water and mix well. bring back to a boil and slimmer for 3 minutes on low heat, mixing constantly. to make 500 ml (2 cups), use 50 g (7 tbsp) for 500 ml of water.
