Ingredients:modified milk ingredients,corn syrop solids, wheat flour,salt,modified corn starch,spices,green peppercorns, canola oil,sugar,tartrazine colour,hydrolyzed plant protein (soy and corn protein,corn and wheat gluten),lactose(milk sugar),xanthan gum,flavour(includes egg),dehydrated vegetables(onions,garlic), autolysed yeast extract,disodium guanylate,disodium inosinate,citric acid,beef extract.Contains:egg,milk,soy,wheat.

Directions:make a paste with 150g of the mix and 500ml of cold water. Add 500ml of milk, stirring constantly with a whisk. Bring to a boil reduce heat and allow to simmer 3-5 minutes,stirring constantly. For a more robust darker sauce,replace up to a half the milk with prepared roast beef gravy. Sauces made following these directions are steam stable and freezable.
